Are you a qualified colour analyst?

Yes. I trained in the full 16-subseason method, not just the four basic seasons. You walk away with a precise, personalised palette rather than a rough category.

What should I wear for my session?

Please wear a plain, light-coloured top and minimal makeup during the session. This way, the drapes hold true against your skin, and we can clearly see which colours look best. Beyond that, come exactly as you are.

What if I have a tan?

A natural tan is fine, it won’t change the outcome. Please refrain from fake tan on your face in the days leading up to your appointment as this can alter how colours look against your skin.

Can someone else be there with me?

Of course. Some clients love having a partner or a friend in the room, others prefer it to just be the two of us. Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

I understand that life happens. Please find below my cancellation policy:

More than 7 days’ notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling
3-7 days’ notice: Free one-time reschedule within 8 weeks. Full cancellation would mean 25% of the appointment fee retained
Less than 72 hrs notice: 50% of the appointment fee retained
Less than 24hr notice: 75% of the appointment fee retained

Occasionally circumstances outside your control arise. Cancellation charges may be waived at our discretion in cases of genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances.

Should I need to cancel due to illness, travel disruption or severe weather, I can either offer a full refund or priority rescheduling.

Where do sessions take place?

In your own home. I'll come to you, so there's no need to travel anywhere or get ready beforehand. Please just clear some space near a window if you can, provide a table-top and a comfortable chair that you’re happy to sit in, I'll bring everything else.

I cover Ascot, Windsor, Bracknell, Wokingham, Twyford and the surrounding local areas.

Can my "season" change over time?

Your underlying colouring doesn't tend to change. Although how you feel about wearing it sometimes does. That's part of the reason why the palette is something you can keep coming back to.
