1. About Signature Seasons

Signature Seasons is a personal colour analysis service provided by Sarah Evans, operating as Signature Seasons, based in Berkshire. These terms apply to all bookings made via signatureseasons.com or directly with Sarah.

2. Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked via the website form.

Full payment is required in advance of the service, at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

By the client: 

• More than 7 days’ notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling

• 3-7 days’ notice: Free one-time reschedule within 8 weeks.  Full cancellation would mean 25% of the appointment fee retained 

• Less than 72 hrs notice: 50% of the appointment fee retained

• Less than 24hr notice: 75% of the appointment fee retained

Occasionally circumstances outside your control arise.  Cancellation charges may be waived at our discretion in cases of genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once, free of charge, with at least 3 days' notice.

By Sarah: If Sarah needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the next available appointment.

4. In-Home Sessions

Sessions take place at the client's home, at an address provided at the time of booking.

Clients are asked to ensure a well-lit room with access to natural daylight.

Sarah reserves the right to decline or end a session if she does not feel safe or comfortable in the environment provided, in which case the client will not be entitled to a refund.

5. Photography and Content

Clients will be asked separately whether they consent to any images being used on social media or the website.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
